Man made Power of attorney in wife favour but didnot gave it to her.wife sold the property. Is sale deed valid?

Husband Issued a Registered Power of Attorney in favour of wife to sell a property, but did not gave possession of Attorney to wife. Later on wife using the right given in Attorney sold the Property. Is sale deed valid or not?
