when viewing a potential property for rent,what are the important things to ask the landlard or estate agent?

apart from the obvious question.. ‘how much rent do i pay and how much deposit’ what other questions should i ask??
i am going to view my first property tomo and i want to be very prepared and get all the information i need and not go in blindly, thanks
